Case Introduction

The industrial glycerin produced by Corning Oleoresin Technology Co., Ltd. is an important light industrial raw material, which is widely used in various industrial fields. After understanding Corning’s boiler requirements, ZOZEN’s engineers customized the SZS series gas-fired steam boiler system solution for the customer based on the characteristics of the glycerin production line and the actual steam consumption. Meanwhile, this boiler adopts a full-film water-cooled wall structure for the combustion chamber, which has good air tightness and better heat transfer. This 15 ton gas boiler is subjected to a hydraulic test before leaving the factory to check the strength and tightness of the pressure-bearing parts of the SZS series boilers to ensure the superior quality of the boilers. The thermal efficiency of the SZS series gas steam boilers has been tested to be over 98%. This series of boilers can be paired with advanced low-NOx burners to effectively suppress the generation of NOx and control NOx emissions below 30mg/Nm³, helping industrial manufacturers to meet environmental protection requirements and providing stable high-quality steam for Corning Oil’s projects.

After the boiler was manufactured and safely delivered to the project site within the agreed time frame, ZOZEN sent technicians to assist in the installation, giving the customer the appropriate guidance and training.
