Over the years, Vinda has continuously promoted sustainable development and actively built a green production system, with significant investments particularly in energy management and environmental protection.

The paper-making industry is a typical high-energy-consuming sector, where steam supply plays a crucial role throughout key processes such as pulping, drying, and forming. To practice its green manufacturing philosophy, Vinda’s Liaoning production base set the goal of building a “green factory” from the early planning stage, requiring the boiler system to ensure not only efficient and stable steam supply but also strict control of emissions to achieve low-carbon operation.

After multiple rounds of evaluation and technical discussions, Vinda Group ultimately chose to partner with ZOZEN Boiler. Leveraging its extensive technical expertise and project experience in the field of biomass energy, ZOZEN custom-designed a 15-ton DZL series biomass steam boiler system for the project. Utilizing biomass molded fuel as the primary energy source, the system effectively reduces carbon emissions while significantly improving energy utilization efficiency, perfectly aligning with Vinda’s green development objectives.

Addressing common technical challenges associated with biomass fuels, such as high ash content and tendencies toward slagging and fouling, ZOZEN optimized the system through multiple innovations: adjusting the furnace structure to improve combustion efficiency, designing an online soot cleaning system to ensure continuous stable operation, and customizing the heat transfer surface layout according to project requirements to further extend equipment service life. This comprehensive solution not only enhances the overall operational reliability and maintenance convenience of the boiler but also strongly supports the green production goals of Vinda’s Liaoning base.
