Case Introduction

YLW series boiler is a coal fired thermal oil boiler, which is a horizontal assembly boiler with chain grate and boiler body separated from the factory. The boiler adopts chain grate to achieve mechanical coal addition, equipped with blower and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with slag dispenser to achieve mechanical slag discharge. During operation, the fuel falls onto the grate from the coal adding hopper for combustion, and the high temperature flue gas is reflected from the rear arch to the front of the furnace, then enters the furnace chamber, and after radiation heat exchange on the radiation heating surface, it enters the convection heating surface for convection heat exchange, then leads to the waste heat boiler, then enters the air preheater, and finally enters the dust collector, and after dust removal, the flue gas is extracted by the induced draft fan and discharged to the atmosphere through the chimney.

The YLW series thermal oil heater adopts an advanced structure to optimize the radiation heating surface and reduce the formation and emission of smoke dust in the combustion chamber.
