Recently a customer inquired about heavy oil steam boiler for export to Malaysia, producing 3,800 tons of heavy oil per year for tire production. We have introduced many cases before, such as: two sets 12 ton oil boilers exported to Sudan and 12 ton heavy oil steam boilers exported to the Philippines, two sets 10 ton heavy oil saturated steam boilers exported to Kazakhstan, etc. This time, it is a Malaysian customer who is inquiring about the fuel consumption of the boiler, so we will introduce the heavy oil steam boiler that produces 3800 tons of heavy oil per year for tire production.

Let’s introduce the fuel consumption with 1 ton oil boiler as an example. Oil boiler fuel consumption has a formula: diesel boiler fuel consumption per hour = 3600 * thermal power / calorific value / boiler efficiency. 1 ton of oil boiler thermal efficiency of 0.7MW, its combustion calorific value of 42.42Mj/kg, Zheng Boiler oil boiler general efficiency of up to 92%, then Zheng Boiler 1 ton of diesel boiler fuel consumption = 3600s * 0.7MW / 42.42Mj/kg / 92% = 65kg. The average oil consumption of 1 ton of oil boiler is 65kg per hour.
