29MW Gas Fired Hot Water Boilers for The Heating Industry
Case Introduction
In the heating industry, hot water boilers are usually the most popular type of industrial boilers, and ZOZEN supplied three SZS series 29MW gas-fired hot water boilers to a heating company for domestic and industrial heating in the northern region.
The SZS series hot water boilers are quick-assembly boilers, which can be assembled in the factory and delivered to the project site and connected to external facilities directly for operation, greatly reducing the installation cycle and installation costs.
The boiler’s optional ultra-low nitrogen burner effectively controls NOx emissions to less than 30mg/Nm³, while the condenser at the end of the boiler recovers waste heat from the flue gas to reduce the exhaust temperature, and the full combustion of fuel increases the thermal efficiency to over 98%.
