The WNS series gas boiler adopts corrugated furnace liner, which enhances flue gas disturbance and effectively improves heat transfer. Sufficient steam storage space and heating surface enable the steam boiler to produce high quality steam with high efficiency. The threaded flue pipe used in the furnace body has a heat transfer coefficient 1.2 times higher than that of ordinary flue pipe, further enhancing the heat transfer effect. Combined with the additional finned tube condenser at the end of the flue, the exhaust temperature is as low as 60 degrees, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler is over 98%.
