The WNS series firetube boilers adopt a firetube structure, where the combustion chamber and smoke tubes are connected by firetubes. During the combustion process, the flue gas passes through the smoke tubes, allowing for heat exchange between the high-temperature flue gas and the water inside the boiler, thereby achieving heat transfer. The WNS series firetube boilers have the characteristics of simple structure, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, and high efficiency. They can adapt to various fuel types, including natural gas, diesel, heavy oil, etc., which makes them versatile and adaptable to different regions and energy supply conditions.
High Efficiency and Energy-saving: The WNS series firetube boilers utilize advanced burner and combustion chamber design, ensuring thorough fuel combustion and achieving thermal efficiency of over 98%. Through efficient flue gas heat recovery devices, the heat energy in the flue gas is maximized, improving energy utilization efficiency and achieving energy savings.
Stability and Reliability: The WNS series firetube boilers are designed with a sturdy and durable structure, and the heat exchange between the firetubes and smoke tubes is highly effective. They are equipped with multiple safety protection devices such as overheat protection, overpressure protection, and low water level protection, ensuring safe and reliable boiler operation.
Environmental Friendliness: The WNS series firetube boilers adopt low nitrogen burners and advanced low nitrogen combustion technology, with NOx emissions ≤30mg/Nm³, contributing to environmental protection.
Fully Automatic Control System: The WNS series firetube boilers are equipped with advanced PLC fully automatic control systems, enabling precise control and safe operation of the boiler. Users can flexibly set and monitor parameters according to their actual needs, improving operational convenience and automation level.
