Pamica is a high-tech enterprise integrating research and development, production, and sales, specializing in the manufacturing of mica insulation materials. The company’s products are widely used in the production of high-standard electrical insulation and heat-resistant materials, dedicated to providing high-quality insulation solutions for various electrical equipment.

In response to market demands and environmental protection policies, Pamica plans to further enhance its production capacity and has initiated the mica board and new energy security material construction project. The total investment for this project reaches 100 million RMB. The project aims to upgrade the previously approved 1 set of 10 tons/hour biomass fuel steam boiler and 1 set of 12 tons/hour biomass fuel thermal oil furnace to 1 set of 15 tons/hour biomass steam boiler and 1 set of 15 tons/hour biomass thermal oil boiler. This upgrade not only improves the production capacity of the boilers but also takes a solid step toward achieving energy-saving and emission-reduction goals and improving thermal energy supply efficiency. The procurement of the 15-ton biomass steam boiler was handled by ZOZEN Boiler, ensuring high efficiency and stability.

The 15 ton SZL series biomass steam boiler provided by ZOZEN Boiler is a key thermal energy device in this project, mainly providing necessary heat source support for certain production processes such as drying and curing, as well as hot pressing. The boiler consists of two main components: the main heating surface and the chain grate. The furnace chamber has been raised to increase the combustion space, providing adequate conditions for complete fuel combustion, ensuring high efficiency and low emissions. Additionally, considering the high ash content of biomass fuels, ZOZEN Boiler has equipped the boiler’s convective heat exchange area with multiple online soot-blowing devices. These devices can periodically clean the ash, avoiding frequent shutdowns for ash removal, significantly improving production efficiency and ensuring continuous and stable heat supply to the production line.
