The DZW series three drum boiler is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly industrial boiler featuring a three-drum structure. It is widely used in power generation, chemical, paper manufacturing, and food processing industries. This boiler series not only boasts excellent thermal efficiency but also accommodates a wide range of biomass fuels, meeting the diverse production needs of different enterprises.
Designed as a water tube boiler, the DZW series three drum boiler provides an optimal heat transfer surface, ensuring efficient heat exchange and improving overall thermal efficiency. Additionally, the furnace height is increased by 1-3 meters, enabling the effective combustion of unshaped biomass fuels. Equipped with an advanced combustion system and control system, this boiler ensures complete fuel combustion while minimizing pollutant emissions, fully complying with environmental protection standards.
The DZW series three drum boiler incorporates multiple safety protection mechanisms, including water level monitoring, pressure control, and over-temperature protection, ensuring stable operation under various working conditions.
Wide Fuel Adaptability: The DZW series three drum boiler supports various fuel types, including biomass pellets, rice husks, wood chips, corn cobs, and sawdust. Users can select suitable fuels based on local availability to achieve high combustion efficiency and cost savings.
Complete Fuel Combustion: Featuring ZOZEN’s specially designed reciprocating grate and independent air chamber, the boiler efficiently burns fuels with higher moisture content, enhancing overall combustion efficiency and reducing operational costs.
High Heat Transfer Efficiency: The DZW series three drum boiler adopts a densely arranged water-cooled wall tube structure, which increases the heat absorption area. Combined with a customized boiler system, it enhances radiation heat transfer, ensuring a thermal efficiency of over 88% and providing a stable and efficient steam supply.
Easy Operation and Automation: The DZW series three drum boiler is equipped with an advanced control system, enabling automated fuel feeding, ash removal, and slag discharge, significantly reducing manual intervention.
