1 Ton Fire Tube Boiler Fuel Consumption

Generally, 1 ton fire tube boiler can use light oil and heavy oil, such as diesel oil, as raw materials. Generally, light diesel boilers are more common. Here, diesel oil shall prevail. Oil-fired boiler can be divided into diesel steam boiler and diesel hot water boiler according to different media. Oil-fired boiler is the mainstream product chosen by enterprises because of its environmental protection and clean, convenient fuel supply. However, how to calculate the fuel consumption of oil-fired boiler is related to the operation cost of enterprises.

“1 ton steam boiler” is a gas-steam boiler that produces a ton of steam per hour or is understood to produce a ton of steam, the same amount of heat as a 0.7 megawatt gas-steam boiler or a 600,000 kcal/hour gas-steam boiler. Fixed calculation formula of oil consumption of oil-fired boiler: Oil consumption of diesel boiler per hour =3600× thermal power ÷ calorific value ÷ boiler efficiency. Under normal circumstances, the thermal efficiency of a 1 ton fire tube boiler is 0.7MW, its combustion calorific value is 42.42MJ /kg, and the efficiency of oil-fired boiler is about 92%. Then, the daily oil consumption of 1 ton oil-fired boiler =3600×0.7MW÷ 42.42MJ /92%=65kg.
