In the working process of 6 ton rice husk biomass boiler, the fuel is sent to the furnace by the screw feeder. Here, due to the effect of high-temperature flue gas and primary wind, the fuel is gradually preheated, dried, ignited and burned. In this process, a large amount of volatiles are precipitated and the combustion is intense. After the high temperature flue gas scour the main heating surface of the boiler, it enters the economizer and air preheater of the heating surface at the tail of the boiler, and then enters the dust collector and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. Ungasified fuel moves toward the back of the grate until it burns out, leaving a small amount of ash and slag to fall into the slag eliminator behind the grate.
Characteristics of Rice Husk Boiler
