2.4 Million Kcal YLW Thermal Oil Boilers for Food Factory

YLW thermal oil boilers are boiler product that uses coal or biomass as fuel. 2.4 million Kcal boilers are equivalent to 4 tons coal-fired thermal oil heaters. This boiler is assembled with square coils and horizontal chain grate, and the chain grate is separated from the boiler body. YLW coal-fired boiler adopts chain grate to realize mechanical coal feeding, equipped with drum and induced draft fan for mechanical ventilation, and equipped with slag extractor to realize mechanical slag discharge. Runtime fuel from coal hopper fall on combustion, after high temperature flue gas passes through the arch reflection before entering to the furnace hearth, after radiation heating surface radiation heat transfer in the convective heating surface for convective heat transfer, and then leads to the waste heat boiler, again into the air preheater, finally into the dust, dust removal after northwards by induced draft fan through the chimney flue gas into the atmosphere.

Characteristics of Thermal Oil Boilers

1. Rational design, scientific structure, is based on the design concept of forced circulation and the development of direct flow special boiler products.
2. Thermal oil furnace adopts coil design structure, so the heating surface is sufficient, which can further improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler. The remarkable characteristic of thermal oil furnace is countercurrent heat transfer, the temperature difference between combustion and exhaust smoke and the outlet temperature of thermal oil is below 30℃.
3. Thermal oil furnace has the characteristics of low pressure and high temperature, mainly under the lower pressure to operate, can obtain the operating temperature below 320℃.
4. The heat-conducting oil furnace adopts advanced explosion-proof structure, which can be used for explosion-proof in zone II of the factory, and the explosion-proof level can reach Grade C.
5. Thermal oil furnace has a perfect operation control system, and safety monitoring device system, can accurately control the working temperature.
