ZOZEN coal circulating fluidized bed combustion (CFBC) technology is a new and mature technology of high efficiency and low pollution clean coal. The circulating fluidized bed belongs to low-temperature combustion, so it effectively inhibits the production of nitrogen oxide, namely NOx, which are only about 100 mg/Nm. Moreover, it can realize direct desulfurization in the combustion process with high desulfurization efficiency. Coal-fired CFB boiler has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency (89%), large load adjustment range, fast load adjustment speed, low failure rate and long operation cycle.
CFB boiler has the characteristics of wide adaptability for fuel, and can be used for coal, gangue, biomass, garbage, sludge and other fuels. There are 4 kinds of Coal-fired CFB boilers produced by ZOZEN, including circulating fluidized bed power station boiler, DHX type circulating fluidized bed steam boiler, SHX type circulating system fluidized bed steam boiler, SHX series circulating fluidized bed hot water boiler, QXX circulating fluidized bed steam boiler. The specifications and models of circulating fluidized bed power station boilers are as follows: rated evaporation capacity is 10 ton – 100 tons, rated steam pressure is 1.25-5.3mpa.
SHX type CFB boiler can burn anthracite, lean coal, bituminous coal, gangue, chain slag, gasification slag and other inferior fuels and high sulfur fuel, and can meet the requirements of environmental protection. The separator adopts membrane wall to form the separator skeleton, and the structure is stable. The combustion device adopts the form of dense hood and porous, so that the air distribution is uniform and the fluidization quality is uniform and stable. By adding limestone to the furnace, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration can be significantly reduced to meet the environmental requirements.
SHX series circulating fluidized bed boiler adopts double-cylinder transverse structure. The fuel is fed into the furnace by the coal feeder and mixed with the air from the equal-pressure bellows for combustion. The flue gas generated from combustion enters into the horizontal cyclone separator, which is composed of three membrane water cooling walls to ensure the reliable operation of the separator. Because the inertial force is separated from the fly ash in the flue gas, it is fed into the furnace chamber by the loose wind through the feedway for the cycle combustion, which greatly improves the combustion efficiency. After the separation, the flue gas goes through the exit of cyclone separator and turns from top to bottom through u-shaped flue gas. After further separating the particles in the flue gas, it flushers the convection tube bundle and then enters the steel tube economizer, which is arranged in two levels. After the flue gas scours the economizer, it enters the air preheater.
