Although the emerging methanol fuel is also environmentally friendly, more diesel-based applications have accumulated, so more customers are optimistic about diesel. In addition, the price of light diesel is indeed cheaper than methanol fuel, which will ultimately greatly reduce the operating cost of oil-fired boilers.

Calculation formula of oil consumption of diesel-fired steam boilers: fuel consumption of fuel-fired steam boilers per hour = 3600*heat power/heat value of diesel/boiler efficiency. If burning diesel, the fuel consumption per hour is about 132kg. What can be told is that 1 ton of diesel steam boiler produces 1 ton of steam per hour, then the fuel consumption of 1 ton of diesel boiler is about 70 liters. However, the calculation result of how much fuel a 2-ton diesel steam boiler consumes per hour is not simply to obtain 140 liters, but to be determined according to the specific use of the boiler and the design thermal efficiency. In general, the higher the design thermal efficiency, the smaller the boiler oil consumption.
