The length of the front and rear axles of the boiler is longer than that of the domestic products of the same type, which prolongs the combustion time of fuel in the furnace, makes the coal burning fully, and reduces the carbon content of slag. With the increase of grate effective area, the boiler overload capacity is obviously enhanced. At the same time, two-way air inlet is used, and six independent air chambers are arranged longitudinally along the grate. The air volume of each air chamber can be adjusted separately by independent air regulating device between each air chamber, so as to achieve the best adjustment of combustion effect.
