Case Introduction

Power Company consulted several industrial boiler brands for the construction project of AL MAYMON power plant in Iraq, and was very satisfied with the strength and products of ZOZEN, and decided to purchase a 1 ton diesel fired boiler as the start-up boiler for the power plant.

The power plant start-up boiler is different from the power plant boiler, which is mainly used to prepare for the start-up of the power plant boiler and play the role of oxygen removal and preheating. ZOZEN Boiler provided the most mature WNS series oil-fired steam boiler for the customer. The boiler used in AL MAYMON power plant in Iraq has a capacity of 1tph, a working pressure of 0.7Mpa and is fueled by diesel.

This boiler is a three pass water tube boiler, boiler has a high degree of automation, energy saving, environmental protection, safety and reliability, high efficiency and easy maintenance features, but also equipped with multiple chain protection function, to further ensure the safety of the power plant.

WNS series oil and gas steam boiler adopts fully automatic intelligent control system, and the boiler control cabinet is equipped with advanced IOT module, which can realize remote monitoring and communication. However, the customer raised the demand of adding more signal acquisition control points, and the design team and engineers of ZOZEN Boiler actively cooperated to update the control program and upload it remotely according to the customer’s requirements to ensure that the actual needs of the customer are met.
