The WNS series 3 tph boiler adopts a horizontal three-pass wet-back corrugated furnace structure, mainly composed of the shell, furnace, reversing chamber, smoke tubes, and other components. This design effectively reduces the thermal stress of the boiler, enhancing safety and extending its lifespan. The WNS series 3 tph boiler is equipped with efficient heat transfer threaded smoke tubes, improving heat transfer effectiveness. Additionally, it is fitted with steel fin-type economizers and condensers at the rear, further reducing the exhaust gas temperature. This setup enables the cascading utilization of flue gas waste heat, maximizing the boiler’s efficiency. The thermal efficiency of the WNS series 3 tph boiler exceeds 98%, achieved through a rational design of heat-absorbing surfaces and the use of corrosion-resistant low-temperature heat-absorbing surfaces, fully utilizing the sensible heat of flue gas and the latent heat of water vapor condensation, significantly boosting thermal efficiency.
