The WNS series shell boiler adopts a horizontal internal combustion structure, typically designed as a two-pass or three-pass wet-back configuration to enhance heat exchange efficiency and reduce energy consumption. With a large furnace design, the WNS series shell boiler achieves a thermal efficiency of over 98% and keeps NOx emissions as low as 30mg/Nm³. Equipped with efficient economizers and condensers, the WNS series shell boiler offers excellent heat transfer performance and low exhaust gas temperatures, effectively utilizing the sensible heat in the flue gas and the latent heat of water vapor.
