The WNS series three pass fire tube boiler features a horizontal design with a compact structure and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. It delivers efficient combustion performance and exceptional thermal energy utilization.
The standout characteristic of the WNS series three pass fire tube boiler lies in its “three-pass” design. This design ensures that the high-temperature flue gas generated during combustion releases heat progressively as it flows through three stages, maximizing thermal efficiency.
First Pass: After the fuel is atomized by the burner, it forms a torch flame filling the corrugated furnace, transferring radiant heat through the furnace walls.
Second Pass: The high-temperature flue gas converges in the reversal chamber and flows into the threaded smoke tube bundle for convective heat transfer. The temperature decreases as the flue gas continues through this stage.
Third Pass: The flue gas exits to the front smoke box, then transitions into the smooth tube bundle section for further heat exchange. Finally, it passes through the rear smoke box, economizer, and chimney before being released into the atmosphere.
This advanced flow path not only enhances thermal efficiency but also effectively reduces flue gas temperatures, minimizing energy waste.
