ZOZEN Boiler’s WNS series three pass wet back boiler is a horizontal internal combustion gas/oil boiler. The flue gas circulates three times inside the boiler, effectively improving thermal efficiency and minimizing heat loss in the flue gas. The wet back furnace structure of the WNS series three pass wet back boiler eliminates the trouble of burnout, significantly enhancing the combustion efficiency and thermal efficiency of the gas boiler. The fuel burns at a slight positive pressure in the furnace, and the high-temperature flue gas reverses 180° along the furnace to enter the first flue tube bundle, then reverses 180° again through the pressurized front smoke chamber to enter the second tube bundle before being discharged into the atmosphere after convective heat exchange.
