YYW series organic heat carrier boiler is an efficient and energy-saving heating equipment that utilizes thermal oil as a heat transfer medium. This type of boiler circulates the heat carrier through pipelines using a thermal oil pump, transferring heat to the heat-consuming equipment and returning to the boiler for reheating, thus achieving efficient energy conversion and utilization. The YYW series organic heat carrier boiler adopts a two or three-pass coil structure with tapered coil ends, effectively protecting the furnace wall at the ends. It is equipped with advanced combustion devices, enabling fully automatic operation.
High Temperature and Low-pressure Operation: This type of boiler can provide high-temperature heat energy at atmospheric pressure or lower pressures, making it highly suitable for many industrial applications, especially in situations where high temperatures are required but high pressures cannot be tolerated.
Safety and Stability: Due to its low operating pressure, organic heat carrier boilers have a higher level of safety. Additionally, using organic heat carriers ensures good thermal stability, enabling effective temperature control and preventing dangerous situations such as overheating or explosions.
