Case Introduction

Liaoning Longyu New Materials Co., Ltd. is currently constructing an important high-performance pigment project with a total investment of over 1.8 billion yuan. Once fully completed, the project is expected to produce 100,000 tons of high-performance organic pigments annually, with an annual output value reaching 5 billion yuan. This will make the company one of the largest organic pigment production bases in the world. This project is not only crucial for the future development of the company but will also contribute to the advancement of the global pigment industry.

During the development of this project, Liaoning Longyu chose ZOZEN Boiler’s SZS series gas steam boilers and customized several units based on production needs. Two of the boilers have already been successfully put into operation, while the remaining units are currently being shipped and are expected to be operational soon, providing continuous thermal energy support for the company’s production line.
