The DZL Series Third-Generation Biomass Water Tube Boiler is an advanced and mature boiler system, designed with a three-drum structure. The unique water-cooled wall is arranged around the front part of the boiler body, connecting to the upper drum and lower header to form a highly efficient combustion chamber. This design effectively absorbs radiant heat from the furnace, improving the overall thermal efficiency of the boiler. During combustion, this structure significantly enhances the heat exchange efficiency, making the boiler more energy-efficient.
To meet the specific combustion needs of non-formed biomass fuels, the DZL Series Boiler features an optimized furnace height, which is increased by 1-3 meters compared to traditional designs. This improvement ensures that non-formed biomass fuels are fully combusted over a longer burn time, thereby improving thermal efficiency and boiler stability. Additionally, the increased furnace height effectively reduces incomplete combustion of the fuel, further reducing emissions and enhancing environmental friendliness.
